Boris Grebenshikov (BG), the legendary Russian singer-songwriter and poet, is back on tour with his band BG+, performing songs from his latest album “Square Root Sun” alongside timeless classics from his iconic band Aquarium.

A cultural icon across Russia, Ukraine, and other post-Soviet nations, BG has been a pioneering force in Russian rock for decades. Since his rise to fame in the West in 1986, when Aquarium was featured on “Red Wave,” the first rock music compilation from St Petersburg, Boris has been dubbed the "Russian Bob Dylan" and likened to the likes of David Bowie and Marc Bolan.
Blending Western rock, reggae, and even Celtic music with Russian roots, BG has broken musical barriers since the Soviet era, and he continues to inspire through his “endless tour” that spans cities across Russia and beyond. BG+ started its activity in March 2022, when Boris Grebenshikov disbanded Aquarium.
