1. Admission and Tickets

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. Free entry is not allowed.
  • Re-entry is not permitted. Once a visitor leaves the venue, their admission is considered final.
  • Personal belongings may be subject to inspection at the entrance.
  • The Organizer shall not be liable if a ticket holder is unable to attend the Event for any reason, including but not limited to illness, work commitments, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. The risk of being unable to attend the Event shall be borne solely by the ticket holder. Tickets that remain unused due to the ticket holder's failure to attend the Event are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for such non-attendance.
  • Failure to comply with these Rules, security requirements, or instructions of the Organizer, venue staff, or security personnel may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event. In such cases, the Organizer shall not be obliged to provide any ticket refund or any other compensation.


2. Minors

  • Minors are admitted only when accompanied:
• by a parent or legal guardian – a copy of the birth certificate and a completed declaration form are required;
• by a person other than a parent or legal guardian – a notarized parental authorization is required.
  • The accompanying adult declares that they are aware of all risks associated with attending the Event, accepts such risks, and assumes full responsibility for the minor for the entire duration of the Event.


3. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

  • No cloakroom or storage service for visitors’ clothing or belongings is provided at the Event.
  • The health, personal safety, and property of each visitor are primarily their own responsibility. During the Event, visitors should avoid actions and situations that may endanger their health or safety and should promptly notify Event security personnel whenever they believe that their life, health, or safety is at risk. Visitors are responsible for the supervision and safekeeping of their personal belongings. The presence of security personnel at the Event does not constitute a guarantee that no harm will occur to the life, health, or property of visitors, nor that the Organizer or Event security personnel will be able to prevent such incidents or their consequences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to such incidents.
  • The Organizer shall not be responsible for lost belongings.
  • Each visitor is responsible for determining whether the noise levels generated by performances at the Event are appropriate for their hearing. The Organizer shall not be liable for hearing damage or any other health issues resulting from high noise levels during the Event.
  • Visitors must not attend the Event if they are ill or displaying symptoms of a highly contagious disease.


4. Conduct at the Event

  • Visitors must behave appropriately. Aggressive or antisocial behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event without refund.
  • During the Event, visitors are required to comply with generally accepted standards of good conduct, including, but not limited to:
  not committing or encouraging others to commit administrative offences or criminal acts, including but not limited to acts of violence or acts of hatred based on ethnicity, religion, gender, identity, or any other characteristic;
  using only the toilets and urinals provided within the Event premises for their intended sanitary purposes and not using them for activities prohibited by law or by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Crowd surfing, Wall of death, Circle pit, Mosh pit or other are strictly prohibited.
  • All commercial and promotional activities within the Event premises are prohibited.


5. Prohibited Items

  • The possession or use of flares, smoke devices, fireworks, or other pyrotechnic devices is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited items include:
liquids, gels and aerosols; glass and plastic bottles; food and beverages; alcohol and narcotics; bicycles, scooters and rollerblades; weapons and self-defence items (including gas sprays, sharp objects and toxic substances); drones; professional photography, video and audio equipment without authorization; selfie sticks; animals (except guide dogs); umbrellas; laser devices; oversized items; banners and flags.
  • The decision as to whether a particular item or substance is permitted or prohibited from being brought onto the Event premises rests solely with the personnel responsible for access control at the Event entrance.
  • Visitors with a medical condition requiring possession of an item or substance that is otherwise prohibited at the Event must contact the Organizer in advance for assistance.


6. Photography, Recording and CCTV

  • Professional photography, video recording, or audio recording is prohibited without prior authorization.
  • CCTV is in operation. By entering the Event, visitors consent to being recorded.


7. Accessibility

  • Visitors with disabilities are kindly requested to contact tickets@honeycomb-live.com in advance regarding tickets and additional information.


8. Organizer’s Rights

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Event Rules at any time. Any amendments shall take effect from the date and time the relevant notice of amendment is published.
